I recently relocated from Trenton, NJ to Fargo, ND, where unfortunately there are no Dunkin' Donuts. To satisfy my coffee cravings, I buy their coffee canisters to keep my caffeine fix alive.

But now, it’s just r... read more I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ since the one on Grand Ave was being rebuilt. I’ve had orders come back wrong before and was okay with it. But now, it’s just ridiculous. My order isn’t complicated, and I know this because I worked at the Dunkin’ on Grand Ave for five years. Coffee isn’t hard to get right, but lazy staff make simple orders difficult. This morning, my coffee was wrong again. I can tell when my coffee isn’t right, and instead of getting a new cup, they just added more cream. During my five years working there, I memorized over 300 coffee orders, and if one was wrong, I always made sure to prepare a fresh cup. You need to do better, or you’ll lose customers like me.
