Feedback
This Dunkin location is quite lackluster, with employees who seem exhausted and offer no welcoming smiles or even a simple acknowledgment of your order. There are no condiments available to enhance your meal, and you won’t even find a napkin dispenser. If it weren’t for its convenient location and brand recognition, this franchise might not be in business at all.
I was in the line this morning at 8:15 o'clock to order my coffee and pick up a dozen donuts for my personal, 2 more employees made drinks behind the counter. I wait for about 5 10 minutes. a manager in a white polo got a small hot coffee for the customer behind me without recognition and began to ring him. bob, as the customer team polo said, paid and I looked at them both, as the manager in the white polo asked if I had helped what I had not. After bob's transaction was completed, it was my turn that I asked for a dozen sorted donuts and the manager behind the counter repeatedly looked at me as if in a hurry. he asked if I wanted something else I said my coffee order. I asked if he could scan my dunkin reward scanners where he almost met me with that. paid with cash, he gave me my change, knocked him in and threw him on the counter. I needed this reception for company records, but he gave me the curved one. this experience was traumatic, and I will never return to this place possibly dunkin thanks to this angry mannes.
Every time I visit, I notice that five people crowd around the window, and I always have to ask to be served.
