I placed an order online when when I picked it up I realized that half of... read more I?ve been a loyal customer for over a year and I?ve never had any issues until today. I placed an order online when when I picked it up I realized that half of my order was missing. I ordered a 1lb or Dungeness crab legs and 1/2 lb of snow crab legsas well as extra corn. However, I only received 1/2 of each and no extra corn. I immediately returned back to the store and themanager wasn?t so helpful. She told us to wait and we waited over 20 minutes meanwhile the store wasn?t busy there were only afew customers. After a while I got my food and made my way back home, when I opened the bag I realized that there was no extracorn. Even tho, the manager said ? the corn is floating around somewhere?. Well that was a lie. Lastly, they gave me myadditional cluster that I was missing, but didn?t add anymore garlic butter so the crabs were really dry. I was reallydisappointed and upset due to the fact that my money was wasted.

My daughter's crab cake were big and filling but the po' bit crab sandwich had only 4oz of crab... Basically you needed magnifying glass to find it. Same price as a crabcakes for completely different amount of crab. Service was well enough that we are definitely coming back. Worth the price...Great meal.

Our server, Yuri, was very attentive the manager, Tarajia, was very welcoming made sure we hada great dining experience! I will definitely be back soon!

The supervisor approac... read more It was clear that the restaurant was lacking in professionalism, particularly with the laughter and joking coming from the kitchen staff. The supervisor approached to see how they could assist, but as a supervisor, their priority should have been to ensure high-quality service and address customer issues effectively. There was a noticeable absence of accountability from management. I requested a refund and have been waiting for the cancellation receipt for my order, which I was told I would receive two hours ago.
