All establishments be it original nor franchise should offer if not 100 atleast 90% of the regulations/ customer service. I just drove to the drive through asked for the 2for 10 special asked for large fries instead of small and milk instead of soda which i have been doing since the promotionstarted and i was charged extra which i don't mind. The lady taking my order said no it's not possible and that no other Burherking does that. I told her it is possible and that i do have a receipt proving so. The manager took the receipt looked at it andsaid. Well we don't do that here and you can go back to the same store you got it . She had the ordasity to look me in the eyesand tell me that and walked way. I didn't get anything i just drove off. Never going back there.
