What Clinton Blanda doesn't like about Arooga's:
Terrible service, hope the owner reads this. First time here, ordered online thru Uber Eats, said order will be ready 1:01 PM for pick up. When it was 1:01 Uber app said your order is ready for pick up. Walked in they said i will take another 10 minutes, that 10 minutes ended up 32 minutes waiting for small lunch order to pick up. Service was trash. I?d have a better experience rummaging through a dumpster then going here again. Food was ok the atmosphere was good but the staff was abysmal. I downloaded the app to get a free appetizer but when the bill came the appetizer was still charged. So I kindly asked the waitress Kayla to take it off and she responded with ?I could but that would require getting the manager which would take longer? which is ridiculous. The food was delicious and the customer service was great. They offer a lot of great selections on their menu and a large tap selection which is verified on untapped.
Service was excellent. The food and drinks were tasty. I had the strawberry frozen Aroogarita.
When my Mom, my sister and myself went there we had a good amount of time waiting for each our order to be taken by a waiter and the time our food got back considering the time to prepare it and the amount we ordered. Came here for the first time since The Landmark was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent the menu options are very creative yummy. I had the fish tacos my husband had the chicken Nashville sammich. We ordered the mozzarella triangles for appetizer and they were my favorite! Most def coming back here. They also have the trash cans that were very fun decently priced.
