She didn't give us any chasubles under the pretext that she had forgotten to wash them, in addition to her she speaks too badly with the customers If this persists we will not come back. (Otherwise the rest of the team are nice)

The person at reception was extremely nonchalant and above all bitter. It is clear that she has no sense of customer relations and does not hesitate to look down on you. Pay 125 euros to come (limit) and be insulted, no thank you! I find that really unfortunate. She speaks to you informally and disrespects you following a simple question asked.... I am not sure that this is the image that urbansoccer wishes to convey to families and its customers. Concerning the quality of the pitches and the changing rooms, I have nothing to say apart from the systematic absence of chasubles (adult size preferably). The rest of the staff are very competent and is very friendly. After this experience, we will not come back.

The children had a great time. The only downside was that the ventilation in the space where the land was located did not work. But it's a great place for footballers
