We went there a weekday for a little late lunch but at an still reasonable hour for a restaurant that... read more This restaurant was recently taken over as Pitch and Pub. We went there a weekday for a little late lunch but at an still reasonable hour for a restaurant that says to be open from 8am to 7pm: 13h40. Not very difficult, we would be content with a charcuterie board, a crunch or a salad, if not a dish of the day or a hot dish. But barely past the door we were welcomed very dryly by a lady of a certain age who seemed very annoyed: I'm not taking anyone at that time. FINI. The aggressive tone was without appeal and without possible discussion, so we left without insisting. There were still a few customers at two or three tables. That we don't want to serve at 1340, or... for a city like Evreux nothing surprising. But at least we say it with a minimum of friendliness. I don't know if it was the boss or an employee, but when we arrived at this point it's better to change the profession. Our note therefore concerns only the reception. Regarding the kitchen, we obviously have no opinions. And we'll never get one.
