My only great criticism: We received the bottle of wine that we had ordered well after we had received 3 tapas, so we had nothing to drink for the first half hour of our dinner.

He reinvented Tapas in the spirit of the cuisine of Alentejo, and by doing so, he offers the client a unique experience. The service is excellent: Pedro and his wife are efficient and friendly. We will certainly return there the next time we go to Évora.
