As soon as you enter the room you feel well. The room out of stone and wood gives a nice ambiance going well with the friendly staff. Cooking is simply great and service very friendly. On the top of that you can try some great...Wallis wines (try the Inferno). I was visiting the place a few time and will certainly go back. View all feedback.

We followed the recommendation from a local and walked into the restaurant, located in an old hostel. The decor reminds of a modern chalet, lacks a little bit of true atmosphere, but you know you are in the mountains, especially as many locals seem to...settle here for food or drinks. The menu spans large, from pizza and salad, to more seasonal game and nice meat. We decided for cheese dishes and we found it fairly good, but not fully convinced. I guess that we need to try the meat, as it seems to be the specialty of the house. Service was friendly and the owner comes frequently to discuss and check all is fine.
We tested this restaurant for a family meal. The welcome was fantastic, the staff is in the small care. Slate meats are delicious! The portions are generous and very tasty.Special feature for orange foie gras and chocolate that is a real treat for taste buds! Thank you for this discovery!
Mountain setting where you're served a brisolated. It is hot brown cooked in bread oven, pastry cheese, Valais dried meat and autumn fruit. It's a full meal.
Typical Valaisian meal with choice hunting meals and for us the chestnut. This last one is top: alp cheese tray, fruit basket, local charcuterie tray, chestnut basket with wood fire, served with muscat must and a homemade apple pie for less than 35 chf. a redo
