In this enchanting place that is merited because you have to walk a little over an hour from evolène (it climbs) or from the arolla road (it's flatter) hides a small lake and especially (for our taste buds) the beard of the lake of bey. Cheese dishes, fresh vegetables salad, Valaisan dishes, in short as happiness! for me, I chose a cheese crust and I have to admit that she was one of the best I ate. Is it the altitude (approx. 1700 m,) the approach march? I would just say that she was delicious thanks to the talent of the cook (or cook) and all that at a lower price! so don't hesitate! walk and enjoy!
Hat has the team to feed us with a smile and good local vicars. after a nice 1h30 hike we were hungry and thirsty and we were filled. The climb of about 1h15 from evolène (or easier from the road of arolla) to arrive in a corner of a beautiful terrace with the view of the white tooth the dishes. all more typical of each other, with just succulent products! a big hat to the cook who makes miracles in his small space restricted. Finally, all the charm of the price buvette are more than correct. Bravo to the whole team for this choice that allows all the scholarships to delight themselves to the ridge even if the service could take a little time (see comment on the kitchen above), one lets oneself live, one stops time, and one admires the landscape!
A ballad on the mountainside in front of the white needle with currently large photos in the trees, an exhibition of an association with the zanskar, the northern valley of the inde. On arrival, a good croute and a beer, and it's almost paradise
