Cosmopolitan - Évian-les-Bains

We went through Weekndesk to book a night with dinner access to the unlimited spa. Nothing to say about the staff who are in small care with their customers, however the hotel itself would need a good renovation. The cleaning leaves to desired, the walls of the rooms are dirty and damaged, the door of our shower did not close, the sink of our bathroom was plugged and the tap of the bathtub almost remained in my hands. As far as the spa is concerned, not as big as what we imagine, cold Hamam and cold pool as well.

We just arranged my son's wedding at the Hilton. The staff is very nice, the good food, the pretty but not a lot of organizational quaks and the salt note. Management does not make any commercial gesture when things do not happen as expected (in the contract). It's a shame, there's potential, but management isn't pro.

Two days on site in the winter mist of Evian. Nice hotel with good services and friendly staff. Room with shower and bathtub. Very large bed.

Very well placed hotel; very beautiful room and welcoming staff. Nevertheless for a 4-star several incomprehensible apartments: the cleanliness of the corridors the vestivity of the wall room not ready for arrival ... it is a pity.

What a nice hotel. large swimming pool and enough sunbeds for all. service is good and very polite. location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the center.
