Buffalo Wild Wings 'go '

Alot of bad reviews but today I ordered tenders and we'll the app doesn't say they weren't available but when I went to get my order the girl on the counter told me they didn't have tenders. I got kind of upset but what can I do about it? I just asked her how I get My points back and she helped me. What surprised me though was that she told me that she made me some boneless wings and she wasn't charging me for it. She was so nice and I really appreciated that she did that for me.

For starters when I call in to place an order, a female picked up and immediately placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I hung up and called again where this time it was a male who answered and he seemed quite annoyed. Fast forward to when I received my food, why the hell are you all giving dry wings with sauce on the side?!! That’s not how the main BWW operated and I was charged EXTRA for the little bitty cups of sauce when sauce suppose to come on the wings . I’ve never in my life been to a location that does not put sauce on the wings ! In that case you all should not be labeled as a bww!! And you need a whole new staff because everyone just seems agitated didn’t want to work. I will never come back to this location again ! I’m pissed !! If I wanted dry wings I could have cooked some myself !

Cant even get in touch with someone when trying to order food. Highly DONT reccommend the EVERGREEN PARK BDUBS Go! How are you supposed to be a business and cant even pick a phone up? I called 10

Took forever for my food while I sat there, no apologies about the order I just got a refund they wasn't even busy.

I went up there this morning and I was there at 10:53. They opened at 11:10. Waited 20 minutes for Tater Tots and Fries. Taters were good. Fries were ok but for a large fry really skimpy.
