This... read more It’s a tiny little shack, so I didn't expect much beyond some satisfying food, but I recently learned that they'll be moving next to 123 Pleasant St soon. This place has no business being as impressive as it is. Without a doubt, it's some of the best brisket I've ever had, along with nearly the best jerk chicken too. Since it was October, they were offering “Pumking brisket,” and I found myself practically collapsing into my seat because it was so delicious. The ghost mac was phenomenal as well – it had just the right amount of spice and a perfect cheesy-sweet flavor. We decided to stop in on a whim because we were craving brisket, and I was truly amazed. It was so tender, with just the right amount of fat for a perfect brisket. I'll definitely be back. Additionally, I got the coconut rum cinnamon rolls… and I literally exclaimed, "WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?!?!" Good heavens, this meal felt like a spiritual experience!

With BBQ, the amount of time put into it directly relates to the quality of what you receive, and that couldn’t be truer here. You won’t find better tasting or better value food anywhere else. Even by the time I get it home, the food is still too hot to eat! The sauces they offer are some of the best I’ve ever tasted in my life. The flavors are deep and unique, simply unreal. The takeout containers are packed to the brim, which really puts them to the test. The customer service is undoubtedly the best in Morgantown! A few months ago, some coworkers ordered from here for lunch, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve been placing large orders weekly for nearly three months now, and not once has anything disappointed. They WORK HARD to provide the best food and service possible, and their consistency is impressive. Give it a try; you won’t regret it! Here are the menu highlights you absolutely shouldn’t miss: - Coconut rum cinnamon rolls - Carolina pork - Brisket (totally worth the extra few bucks) - Corn cakes - The Honey BBQ, BC BBQ, and Pineapple Bourbon BBQ sauces are TOP-NOTCH - The ribs were the last item I tried… don’t make the mistake I did. We hired BC Mac to cater our wedding of 120 people. They were super easy to work with, and the food blew us away. Best brisket and Mac you can get in WV seriously good! They were professional throughout, stayed late, and they helped us package up all the remaining food. My only regret is that I have only 5 stars to give these guys.
