I definitely was NOT impressed with the sauce,fries and especially how the wings were cooked!!! The fries had no taste and the cheese on the cheese fries had no flavor as well! The spicy OG sauce had no spice! Now the biggest let down was the wings... They were over cooked... So over cooked that the meat was hard and so dry!!! Came from marysville in the rain and I was highly dissatisfied with my meal. The customer service was okay, the guy who took our order was nice and did nothing wrong. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes so my boyfriend and I waited in the car and my boyfriend went in within that time frame. After a total of 20 more minutes or so of waiting I texted my bf for an update. About 8 minutes later he finally came back to the car with our food. We waited basically an hour for this. Everything we ordered was in there but the wait was not it. It probably comes down to low staffing, the fact that it was a Sunday and raining. In terms of the food the wings here are incredibly salty maybe it?s just the boneless that are that way? The sauce on my wings wasn?t tossed to properly coat each wing. The most disappointing part of all this were the rolls. I had been most looking forward to those and craving them but when I took them out of the bag they even LOOKED cold I didn?t even have to touch or eat them. Once I picked one up I was immediately upset they were just as I suspected: cold, hard and difficult to eat. One roll had a huge center missing. Just a mess. Even when I attempted to reheat them at home they remained a bad texture compared to the other times I?d eaten them in the past. Idk if they were some rolls that had been sitting there for a while or whatever happened. Either way an employee had to have looked at those rolls and placed them in my bag without a second thought. If I had personally looked in the bag that contained the rolls instead of relying on my bf?s quick check, I would?ve seen how bad they were and went back in for fresh ones. I?ll definitely be reaching out to the store or even the franchise owner if necessary because this is ridiculous. Oh, and my total was $40 this place is expensive and can?t even deliver a quality meal.
The staff are great and truly do their best to solve issues, and treat me with hospitality, however this store is very jumbled up when busy. They definitely need some more employees. Seems they lost my online order for 10 wings, which isn't a big deal as I just waited for the order, however they ended up preparing me the wrong order entirely, being someone else's huge family order, so I had to wait even longer, about an hour from the time I placed the order for 10 wings. While the employees were nice, I didn't get any compensation for my time, which is usually what happens at pretty much any other store I get a messed up order at. I just would like to reaffirm though, the employees were very nice and hard-working. I wonder if my order initially got lost because I paid with a gift card, might be something for the app developer to look into.

This was my first experience at a Wingstop and on the busiest day of the year. My friend and I were taken care of by Dennis who continued to give everyone that came in great service with a smile! I will definitely be back. Also, for service like that, there deserves to be a tip jar! Thank you so much!
This place has definitely stepped it up since the last time I?ve been here. not sure if it is under new management or not but I was very happy with the service I received. I called in my order because normally it would take unusually long. This time it was right on time and they even called me to let me know my order was ready. The customer service was a lot better and the wings were not sitting in a pool of sauce. They even remembered the blue cheese.
