Wasabi Factory - Everett

I'm not accustomed to going to a sushi restaurant and having more options than just the typical avocado roll to choose from! The homemade sauces are fantastic, and the vegetable tempura roll even includes sweet potato! This place is a rare find on the west coast. The service was excellent, and the food presentation was stunning. The potato croquettes were reminiscent of katsu, perfect for those who enjoy katsu but struggle to find a vegetarian version!

I typically don't frequent sushi restaurants, but at this place, I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of options beyond the standard avocado roll. Their house-made sauces are delicious, and their tempura vegetable roll even includes sweet potato, a rarity on the West Coast. The service was excellent, and the food was beautifully presented. The potato croquettes had a katsu-like quality, perfect for vegetarians who enjoy katsu but struggle to find it in a meat-free version.

The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious. We got our order to go and it was well-packaged. We definitely want to return and try more items from the menu.

I have never been disappointed at this restaurant. I used to always get the bento box, but now I love their spicy ramen, it is delicious! I highly recommend this place, and it's conveniently close to home.

Service was great. ramen was just in order, I wasn't so interested in the suppe. california roll handroll was very good.
