What a disappointment! The last I drove by this coffee shop, they were closed, even though according to their store hours on the door, they should've been opened. I had an appointment up the street this afternoon, so I planned to spend some time there beforehand, but they were closed yet again!! Are they going out of business? There sure were a lot of homeless/sketchy looking people hanging around the building. Not very eye catching when pulling up. Regardless, I won't attempt to go here again and go just go where I know they are dependable.

I have been to this teensy coffee spot multiple times, and the service is consistently good. All of their baristas are kind, attentive, and quick with their service. I suggest getting your coffee half sweetened if you like the taste of coffee as theirs is not too bitter and it's smooth without creamers and flavors. If you do like a sweet coffee, they have plenty of syrups to choose from as well as milk alternatives. Not a coffee person? They have smoothies, frappes, energy drinks, lemonades, juices, and more! They offer seasonal drinks as well! (yum sweater weather chai)!

Prices are more than reasonable. Very affordable coffee place and some sandwich and cookie snack options . Ambience is really nice for a local coffee shop . This place is spacious inside with enough seating capacity . Convenient parking outside . Lot of syrup flavors available. Milk house coffee has got a great taste which will make you visit this place again . I have attached menu pics as well for reference
