I placed an order for delivery and was charged, but when the order arrived, it was incorrect. When I called to inquire about the mistake, the man initially argued with me, insisting that I did not order what I claimed. After checking, he admitted his error and promised to remake my order and send it immediately. Unfortunately, the order never arrived.
