What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I was kind of disappointed that I hoped that these would be better than some of the others I visited. my order is quite simple I would like a double shot espresso in a big cup fill it with looked and 5 stevia and yet again this did not happen, there was no stevia in the cup and I had to keep my own, therefore I keep it in the car, but they would accept as they pay that much they should get what they order View all feedback.

Because of the CoronaVirus situation, I was uncertain if the restaurant lobby was open. I decided to use the drive-through instead and found the cashier to be friendly. My order was correct and I received what I had asked for.
Ordered food and 1 drink waited a while,got my food and waiting some more for drink. No worker asked what I was waiting for not 1. So finally asked how much longer it would be oh you are so and so?oh we had it in drive thru totally cold now. Rude people in this store. Didn't say sorry or come get a coffee on us.?
Their website says that store closes at 9:00pm and It’s 8:40 pm and it’s closed
Ordered a chai with 1 pumpkin with no coffee. I took it back to make it back. both drinks were disgusting without refund.
