Mcdonald's - Everett

The food was good, but they gave my son ranch instead of sweet n' sour sauce for his nuggets and they forgot the extra pickles on my daughter's hamburger. Little mistakes, but i was already on the freeway when we discovered them. My kids were bummed not to get their food the way that they like it.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Everett. I ordered 2 sausage egg cheese McGriddles substitute round egg, 2 sausage burritos and a sausage McMuffin. I got 2 bacon egg cheese McGriddles(with folded egg), my two sausage burritos(cold) and an egg McMuffin. It seems that everytime I go through this McDonald’s atleast two things are wrong. I don’t think they pay attention too the tags at all. It seems they just go by color of the wrapper. They also have terrible service you go up to the window and they don’t even say hi or bye.

I am a delivery driver. I got an order at 8:50 and headed to the store. I got there 5 minutes later. I know that this place is slow so I stayed in my car for another 5 minutes. I went inside and the order wasn't ready.I watched the guy that was filling orders for the counter and delivery. He filled one order at a time and one item at a time. It took him another 10 minutes to fill my order.20 minutes. It took 20 minutes to fill a delivery order of fries, a drink and 2 sandwiches. It was the most inefficient way to go orders that I've ever seen.This is a busy McDonald's and they are severely understaffed. No manager to keep the flow going. You need to hire not people and train your staff.

The smoothie was half water ? place hires just about anyone with 1 Brain
