Mcdonald's - Everett

I have never encountered a McDonald's that is as professional and friendly as this one.

I'm not sure why this McDonald's location is so disappointing. The lines are long, the ordering area only accepts cash and not cards, the sandwich was sloppily made, the sanitation station is empty, the top seating area is closed, and there is no self-serve drink station. However, the second floor is clean and has WiFi. I hope they make improvements soon.

I usually don't write reviews, but this McDonald's definitely deserves one. I've never been to a McDonald's where I didn't fear using the restroom until I came here. The public bathrooms are usually a no-go for me, but this one was clean and I felt clean after using it. While I was there, I saw employees cleaning the touchscreens on the kiosks, dusting the exterior counters, and washing the outside windows. I peeked into the kitchen and it was spotless. Even the desserts looked like they came from a bakery. I didn't want to leave - it was unbelievable.

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the manager is especially kind and helpful.

Area was clean and maintained. Staff was friendly when I interacted with them. Food was prepared quickly (I'd ordered ahead of time on the app). No negative experiences here. The building looked new compared to other Boston McDonalds; I would recommend because overall the experience was better than the average McDonald's experience.
