Little Caesars - Everett

Worst Lil Caesars I have ever been too. After getting a not fully cooked pizza previously I called and ordered ahead and asked for it to be extra done. Guess what?? under cooked again. Not to mention a 30 minute wait after calling 30 minutes ahead. So I sent an email complaint online and never got any response. Will never go here again!!

I went in today for the Hot and Ready pepperoni pizza. It 's summer time and I have a lot of kids over to feed. I bought an entertainment book to support local kids activities and they said they don 't accept those coupons. That 's so crazy. They won 't get my business anymore. It 's a little coupon. It would be the best customer service to accept it. It 's not like the entertainment book is a scam or anything. It helps local kids raise money for sports and music. I like to support businesses who support local kids. I understand it 's a business, but a 5 dollar coupon, when I would be spending 20 anyway seems like a good deal for them. Now, instead of being out the $5 from the coupon, they 've lost my business.....and we eat a lot of pizza.

Customer service was meh, they didn 't have really anything hot n ' ready even a simple deep dish pepperoni

I called at 8:10pm and ordered 1 pizza and told the guy who took my order, that I was on the way. He told me the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived, gave my name and he had me pay. He then told me it would be another 5 minutes. From the time of my call until I got my pizza was 33 minutes. Really?? The place was totally empty when I arrived. I explained to the man who handed me my pizza that I had waited 33 minutes, his response I 'm not the one who took your order . Bad customer service!!

Lately the dough in deep dish pizza is undercooked : . Going to ask to cook well when order next time.
