I called at 8:10 PM to order a pizza and informed the person taking my order that I was on my way. He assured me it would be ready in 15 minutes. This is the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever visited. After previously receiving an undercooked pizza, I decided to call ahead and specifically requested it to be extra well-done. Unfortunately, it was undercooked again. On top of that, I had to wait 30 minutes even after calling 30 minutes in advance. I sent an email complaint through their website, but I never received a response. I will definitely not be returning!
I arrived nearly at closing time, but I received excellent service and enjoyed hot, freshly made pizzas. Christina was wonderful and very friendly. Thank you!
This used to be my favorite pizza place, but the quality has declined recently. The last few pizzas I ordered had too little sauce and were overcooked. I've switched to Domino's, where I can get a more customized pizza for just a little extra cost. I still occasionally buy pizza here because my daughter enjoys them, but come on, Caesars—you really need to improve!

This was poor customer service!
Recently, the dough in the deep-dish pizza has been undercooked. I plan to request that it be cooked properly when I order next time.
