Every single staff person with whom I've interacted, is incredibly patient (while I pick my flavours!! , Informative, polite, kind and respectful. They are also very fast and efficient, with every barista able to handle operate both windows at once.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
Every single staff member is extremely friendly! Despite being busy (thanks to the great coffee), they put in a lot of effort to keep the line moving quickly!
I really appreciate all the staff there. I haven't been able to visit often lately, but whenever I do, I always make sure to stop by!
I've been coming here for a few years now, and it never fails to serve the best coffee in Everett. No question about it. The staff is fantastic as well!
However, after leaving, I noticed that my friend's drink tasted more like an Americano than a breve. When I tasted my drink, it didn’t have the flavor of coconut milk. I opened it up to find it very pale and foamy, which is not typical for coconut milk. It seems that somehow, I received the breve latte while my friend got the coconut milk drink, despite everything being labeled correctly. I suspect the barista might have mixed up the lids or was distracted because her coworker was engaging her in conversation. I understand that there's always a risk when eating out, but I clearly communicated my situation and confirmed the order with the barista, yet she still made a mistake.
I just visited for the first time yesterday, and I had a fantastic experience! Robyn was amazing—she crafted my drink perfectly and was so lovely!
