El Jacalito - Everett

Excellent food, very well prepared and unique take on the usual. I ordered the chicken fajitas that were spiced perfectly with homemade salsa and guacamole. Wrapped in super soft tortillas were the best I've had in years. Also ordered the al pastorburrito which is large enough to be two meals by itself. Excellent pork seasoning. Top it all off with well made rice andrefried beans. I had three meals out all this and will be coming back for more soon. Well done El Jacalito!

This place did not disappoint! Stopped by here and had the Pozole which was sooo tasty! It was best Pozole I had in the states and tastes just like in Mexico. The owners were very friendly, place was clean and service was great. Will be back for more.

Wow, the menudo was one of the best I have had. Their homemade spicy salsa was the perfect amount of heat to compliment their tacos. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting amazing food for a fair price and awesome service!

THE definition of authentic Mexican food in the states. This restaurant serves the most wonderfully simple but flavorful food I've had in a very long time. Truly a mom and pop operation so the anesthetics are somewhat lacking, but don't let that deteryou from trying this place out. You won't be disappointed! As a bonus, they are in the Alaska mileage plan dining network so youreally can't go wrong there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Best customer experience. Variety of Mexican dishes unlike others. So much explore. They are so sweet and caring. Food is out of the world. Omg!!! Tasted heavenly. Best Mexican food we have had. Definitely coming back????????they offered free water bottlesand tortilla chips with salsa dip. And made it spicy for me but made sure I am ok with the spice level. Reminded of my home????
