Be careful about ordering online; B-Dubs left off 30+ dollars worth of food from our online order. There is no way to ask for a refund online so I called them and spoke with a manager. He asked for some apple pay information and told us that he would refund the missing food. He did not refund us and I am borderline worried he is going to scam us with what I told him. The food is good as usual. Wish I could rate higher but this BWW truly sucks at getting orders right. Dine-in or takeout. I’ve been here so many times and maybe two or three times have they actually gotten the order fully right. Maybe a quality check would help before bringing out the food to the customer. Next time it happens the manager will hear about it and maybe that will help. I doubt it though.
We got this as curbside pick up, since I’ve been recovering from COVID. Avocado burger was super messy, so I put it in a bowl and cut it up. As you see, I ate most of it before I picked up this piece, and the bottom bun fell off the fork to reveal a label. Now I’m not only wondering what this came off of, but did it mean yesterday (today is Saturday) or next week? In any case, couldn’t finish. It was nothing special anyways, flavor wise. Well, now we know. Gave it two stars because the tots were crispy.

Wow what a disappointment. I ordered a side of fries for $4.29 plus tax along with the rest of my order and was given a tiny box with maybe 20 fries or so. It’s too bad because their fries are pretty good, but it looks like they decided to skimp on the portions because of inflation or something. The rest of the food was decent but nothing to write home about. I used to come here for the fries but I guess I’ll be taking my business to Outback, they have equally delicious fries cooked in Beef Tallow and they give decent sized portions.
Terrible customer service. Initially a waitress gave us a wait time of 40 minutes to be seated. 25 minutes later I was told it would be another hour given the size of our group. I asked how long if we split up the group and she said she would rather not do that. I had to ask again, and she told me it would still be an hour no matter what we did. No apology, no attempt at being helpful. She never left the front of the restaurant in the 30 minutes we waited, so she was also not rushed/overworked. Either someone needs to spend more time training the staff, or they need to find better employees. I will not be coming back to this location any time soon.
