Alyssa is amazing! I've never had so much fun just getting ice cream.

They were very fast and friendly even really late at night. You have the best ice cream. It reminded me of when my dad would take me as a kid. Thanks again. Service with a smile.

So I will not be going back to this location anytime soon! Let's stay with their customer service, it's not there! 2 people working, 1 customer being helped when myself, Husbsnd and son went in to get cones. We were not greeted by either employee and waited 5 min. to be helped. the girl said nothing just stood there looking at me like I'm supposed to read her mind or something?! I asked her if she was ready, it was super weird and extremely awkward! neither employee ever said a word other then the total, or was a very strange experience.Send thing, I'm pretty sure not all the I've cream was as cold as it should be, quite a few looked very soft and melted.Because of this we're sticking with Cold Stone, I wouldn't recommend this specific location, it was like the twilight zone!!

Was very excite to munch after stalking their sites ice cream flavors but when I sauntered in, I asked if they had the Cookie Monster flavor and they said no, then I asked pointed at a ice cream that looked similar to what I wanted and asked if I could have THAT ONE and they said no since their mAnAger didn't put the sign up saying what flavor it was so they won't serve it BUT it looked like it had already had scoops taken out of it so someone was illegally munching on it and didn't want to share I gUeSs.... Anyways I said mmhm and asked for another flavor that looked very low but probably could dig up a scoop and the worker said I can definitely try and get you a full scoop and I said yay but just as he was going to DIG the other worker said NO so he stopped and I HAD TO PICK ANOTHER FLAVOR I didn't want any other flavors I had already been denied every flavor I wanted. Very driven on force so my knowledge is spewing. I hope they enjoyed hogging their flavored cream, the STREET ENJOYED MINE

If I was a secret shopper, wow!Greeted Very dirty floor/establishmentChairs up on tables clearly a sign not to stay to eat, so you ice cream doesn't melt on you on a hot day!No public restrooms in an establishment for the public (which I've used before since it's been shut down, so dependant on worker.. clearly)I left and came back even after using the restroom elsewhere and I was disappointed at best. I ordered a large shake for $9 and some change out the door. What I got was a large $9 chocolate milk. She made it a med size, then tried to correct it with milk in the blender to top off my shake with. Would greatly recommend getting your ice cream somewhere else.
