The location is wonderful, and the staff are very courteous, helpful, and service-oriented. The outdoor seating area is great...on a nice day, I strongly suggest eating in that area. The Chicken Marsala is OUTSTANDING! View all feedback.
What Jeff doesn't like about Lombardi's In Everett:
Nice restaurant on the water. The service was great. The seasonal strawberry Tiramisu was made with laddy fingers and very little if any marscapone. Was more like a cake. BEWARE, they charge a service fee where other places do not. Food is very expensive. Suggest Anthony's Woodfire Grill as a better option. There is no service fee and better prices. View all feedback.

I especially like their seasonal creations/specials!
The food was amazing. I will definitely be back. Service was amazing and our server was top-notch. My sister was celebrating her birthday and they comped a part of our meal. THANK YOU!!!!
We had the seasonal special chicken dish. Very delicious. I had the bistro steak. It was awesome. Beautiful dining experience.
We had the worst experience here on Saturday and are so embarrassed that we brought family from out of town here. When we asked if they would be able to accommodate a large table upon arriving the woman asked if we had reservations. We said that we didn’t and were wondering if there were any available tables for our group. She responded “great” and stomped off without saying anything to us. A hostess came over and was nice and told us we could sit outside but that it would be a long wait for a table inside. Totally fine— we didn’t have a reservation. The restaurant was not busy at all as we walked through to go sit outside. Our waitress was nice but was at our table 3 times in a total of 2+ hours that we were there. It took our food over an hour to get to the table and no one said anything. Two of the four dishes we ordered were salads. We can totally appreciate that some places are understaffed but we’ve never had food take that long without someone saying “I’m sorry the food isn’t out yet let me go check on that for you”. Cold bread was brought out about 5 minutes before our food finally came out. We sat down at 6:40, our food came out at 8:00, and we had to go find our waitress to pay and leave. Then my husband had to ask for our bill to be adjusted because we got charged for a drink that was never brought to us. As we were leaving the table next to us gushed on and on about how well-behaved our kids were that were and couldn’t believe how bad our service was, either. So it’s not like we were a big unhinged obnoxious group. We are polite and quiet people… We were looking for a nice dinner and some drinks with our family and kids and this was NOT it. Maybe they saw that we had kids and immediately dismissed us? Maybe they prefer people not to eat there without reservations? It was a very crappy experience all around. Kid-friendliness: Not very kid-friendly. The kids menu is a la carte with no sides, bread, fruit, veggies, or salad options with the meal. Drinks are not included either. Very strange for a nicer restaurant.
