Wendy's - Evansville

Kia was very helpful when I told her that my baked potatoes were very small. I then ordered another one and asked if it could be a bigger baking potato and I was informed that they were sold out. So I asked about a bacon and cheese frys and she told them they gave me 3 extra frys. And still the full price. She asked me what happened to the little baking potato and I told her I ate it and it was in my stomach and it was very good, but it was a very small baking potato! It was rated as 5 stars per Kia, as the French Frey were very good. Not sure what to think!

Everything was great! Fresh and hot burgers and pommes! The girl at the counter was very nice and polite.

You forgot they made a sale that day and couldn't refund my money on a debit card. Apart from that, the good was great and the service was excellent!! She offered us a free breakfast the next day, but we went back. It's not her fault that the system is not so constructed. Thank you for a good work on everyone!

These Wendy's is in the top 2 of my personal favorite staff they are always politely respectful. So this visit was 8 out of 10 waiting for meat, and this is better than getting dry burgers. I'm saying that Thix, Getter, did Wendy's.

I ordered extra flavor lemonade with their app. When I arrived they said they ran out of lemonade I could have something else I decided on a soft drink. But i had paid more for lemonade than a soft drink. They did not know how i could be reimbursed. Then suddenly they had enough lemonade. They handed me the drink through the drive up window and hurried me on. Later I found that they poured a smaller size glass and more than half of that was ice. Also the sandwich had the wrong condiments. I have had mostly ice issue at another Wendy's years ago.
