People complaining about slow delivery have probably ordered to their busiest time and then expected in 20 minutes. They are usually as fast as possible and friendly. I never had a bad experience. They're delicious. Do not order online. It doesn't work, just call the store.

My brother and I dined here on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed in the clean and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious—my brother ordered baked potatoes, which he enjoyed very much. We both agreed that we would definitely come back. While I usually reserve 5-star ratings for places I believe can improve further, this restaurant and its staff truly deserve a solid 5 stars.

What can I say, I'm a sucker for a baked potato. Typically the food is pretty good, however I have had some ingredients arrive overcooked. Recently, I ordered and received absolutely weak customer service, to be honest. After an hour, I called and they said my order would be out the door in 15 minutes, absolutely no apology. Then when it finally did arrive, it was an entire 90 minutes after I placed the original order and there was absolutely no effort made to make up for the situation. I shouldn't have to complain in order to establish that they mishandled the order.

I placed an order online for delivery. The time given for the delivery was in a moment . I waited about 35-40 minutes before calling to get an eta on delivery. I was told that it would be another 25 minutes. I waited the 25 minutes before calling back. The person who answered said that he tells the staff to never give out times. The food finally arrived after about an hour and 20 mins from the time I ordered. Also, I ordered 2 pitas that were supposed to come with chips, per the website and I received no chips. I even added to the notes to add the chips I wanted because there was not an option to choose when ordering. The food was good, but not worth the wait.

Chicken is terrible! I ordered a replacement order since the first one came with no chicken. Decided to try chicken BBQ nachos. When received food was hot. Took 2 bites of my tater and decided to pick all the gristle , fat filled chicken off. Then to the nachos same thing. I called and requested a refund and the manager advise he would give me one. But he had to send a driver to pick up the remaining food. This was at 1230 pm. At 130 I decided to call back was advised he would send one soon. At 400 pm Gill never sent anyone. I called back and talked to Skipper since Gill was gone. Skipper said it would take a few days to get my money back. He stated he voided the transaction. This was a terrible ordeal.
