The lady on our mission tonight was AMAZING! She was very sweet and had the best customer service EVER! The best I have in a very long time. I'm saying this because I've worked in the food world before. She did everything to a very high Serve Safe certification. What Francine Hanson doesn't like about Subway:
I was completely ignored by the staff because they had a big call-in order before. I get that, but I wasn't even greeted or given eye contact. O e employee didn't even look up from the sandwich he was making. He didn't even bother to call the other employee out. Then when she emerged from the backroom, she barely acknowledged me. The food was what you'd expect, the service was decent, and the prices were average. Overall, I would rate it as follows: Food: 4, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3.

I felt completely overlooked by the staff due to a large call-in order they were handling. I understand that can be demanding, but I wasn’t even greeted or given any eye contact. One employee was so focused on making a sandwich that he didn’t look up at all. He didn’t even attempt to alert the other employee. When she finally came out from the back, she hardly acknowledged my presence. I get that people can be busy, but it’s discouraging to feel like I’m an inconvenience. I’m left uncertain if or when I’ll come back to this location.
