What User doesn't like about Schlotzsky's:
Bad service today. It's usually always good but today both items that we ordered were wrong. Ordered a pizza and received the wrong kind. Ordered a turkey breast sandwich with Chipotle, Jalapeños, and cheddar cheese and I recieve a cold turkey and lettuce.. we waited almost a half hour for our food and when I went back in to see if they could fix it the cashier ignored me. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews. My sandwich was delicious and the employee who helped me was very nice. I’ll definitely be back when I pass through WY again.
Meat was very questionable, rubbery, dry looked like it had been sitting out for hours. Bread was dry crumbly. Would not recommend.
Beware of Patty, she is a negative person who ruins the dining experience with her attitude.
$17 bucks for a chicken sandwich with nothing included!!! You are out of your mind!!!! Go to Douglas to The Grassland Market for half the price!
The experience at this restaurant was not pleasant. There was an older woman with sagging arms who spoke in a crude manner. Her son, Joshy, was in the back making a questionable drink. The woman seemed to enjoy drinking it. It would be better if she paid more attention to taking care of her child.
