Glad to find Raffi Manna back in the kitchen creating delicious, healthy food at Oasis Cafe! Tonight I had carry out: The Lamb Shank was outstanding! Very tender and the spices had a sweetness to them. The Basmati rice had excellent texture and flavor. We've lived in/around Evansville for a little over a year and I've been craving (and stuffing myself on visits home to the Chicago area) Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food ever since. I went to Turkey for a month back in 2012 and I'll never get over the cuisine! On a whim a couple weeks ago, I stopped by Oasis Cafe and found what I'd been searching for: creamy hummus, tender meats, well-spiced rice, tangy baba ganoush, crunchy falafel, and flaky, sweet, and rosewater syrup-doused baklava. I've been in three times and already Raffi knows me by name. It's nice to have a place to go to satisfy my cravings and even better to feel recognized in a small way in a new community. I have ate here 3 times now. Tried gyro and 2 lunch plates all delicious. Tried falafel was the best I ever had. My family loves this place!! Thanks Raffi
Best Mediterranean food anywhere. Love this place. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. Raffi, the owner is an artist and obviously enjoys creating amazing food. Fast, very friendly, reasonable prices and generous portions. One of our top favorites places to eat.
