Amazing food in a warm atmosphere. The wet Burrito tasted fresh and was served hot. The guacamole was fresh and the tortilla chips were served warm, which I loved. The waitress was very friendly and often checked on the table. The price was a bit high, but worth the food and the service. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hacienda Mexican Restaurants:
Food is terrible, service was good. The “salsa” tastes like tomato purée with water. Queso was okay. We ordered the wet burritos with beans and rice on the side. The shredded chicken looked and tasted like it was from a can. The shredded beef tasted the exact same way. I always have enjoyed anything I order. Service is great. Food came out fast.
The ground beef was absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend and son couldn't finish it, the manager sat there and told me that they used the same batch all day and here it is 9pm. The bill came and my boyfriend told her he wasn't gonna pay for something he couldn't finish because it was that bad and she said well you all ate all your food (they did not cause the waitress took it away) she then threatened to call the police on us. Needles too say we will never go back there again and we used to go every month. Absolutely horrible of her. Also my food was amazing I had chicken they had the beef and I also tasted it when they told me it tasted bad.It was horrible!!!
My chicken chimi turned out to be pulled pork when I cut into it. All my food was cold from the chicken wings to the wet burrito. Food quality and accuracy has gone straight down hill. My churos were like trying to eat tree branches, they were so hard you couldn't eat them. I'm very disappointed because hacienda is my favorite place to eat. If you order it online for a later pickup, do they make it right then and just put it to the side until you pick it up?? That's what it was like. No more hacienda for me and my family.
