I never get tired of the staff at this location! The manager is fantastic, and I always order the meat mountain sandwich, which they make perfectly every single time. It's definitely worth spending $10 on this sandwich a few times a week! I highly recommend trying it at this Arby's. (The sandwich looks even bigger in person, as shown in the picture below.) I called the restaurant when I received four regular roast beef sandwiches that were cold. The manager assured me that they would replace the order without any issues. However, when I returned two days later, they refused to replace it. The manager was very rude, and I had to wait for them to prepare my food again, but it was still cold. I ended up calling corporate about the situation. View all feedback.
Drive thru was pretty typical, no complaints there. Food tasted pretty good and was reasonably priced. Overall a decent fast food experience.
Tired of being asked to pull around and wait when I'm the only one in drive thru just so you can avoid having a wait time.
Drive through was quick and efficient. Son enjoyed his sandwich and fries.
I ordered online and used the drive up. When home, I discovered I didn't get my curly fries. I was told to tell them what happened on my next visit, and they would make it right. It is good that it is not far out of the way for me. The gyros were very good. Much better than expected.
Couldn't order a cup of au jus on doordash, so I called the store and they were great! They took care of me, wonderful customer service!
