Burger King - Evanston

Is 10:33pm I arrive at this location and the employee WAS RUDE AF he wouldn't serve me because my truck wouldn't fit through the drive through and when I asked him for his name he wave me off like I was a illegal immigrant or something, I am a US citizen and refuse to be treated as such DON'T BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT THE EMPLOYEE IS RUDE AF

The service i received from entering the establishment was very courteous and professional. It's rare to have workers at fast food joints who actually like their job enough to be so positive. The people here are patient, polite, friendly... Just a joy. Every time I go they never fail to amaze me. Seriously. Never had a messed up order, And I loved the whopper and onion rings. The whopper is so tasty and delicious, the onion rings served hot and crispy, you taste the onions on it. The quality of food is so good. It was top notch customer service I received. Would definitely recommend burger king..

Burgers were doing quickly and the bread was toasted.

What can I say about a restaurant I 've been coming to for over 20 years.... I 'm done with them. A couple weeks ago we went to Burger King used the drive thru. Ordered using a coupon and it went a little something like this "1st whopper add cheese NO PICKLES. 2nd Whopper add cheese, NO TOMATO add heavy Pickles. Ice tea NO ICE. Well once we made it home we got our meal situated to enjoy but something said check your sandwiches but not before hubby took a bite and his bite was nothing but pickles (no pickles was the order). His burger not only had pickles but it was flooded with pickles and tomatoes! Mine was the same way so we began calling Burger King since now it 's after 9 pm and we 're hungry mad about this order. We called this restaurant over 53x 's without an answer. THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! I tried contacting the restaurant for the next 2 days no answer. I want to be refunded because the entire experience was awful and we ate cereal for dinner that night. This location should 've been the one to close not the downtown Evanston location, the downtown location never messed up my orders. The staff is another story smh
