Casey's - Evansdale
Casey's
Description
Tucked into a gas‑station convenience store, this pizza-forward takeout spot can surprise with melty, generously topped slices and decent coffee (decaf and a cappuccino machine), plus typically quick service. However, experiences vary: patrons report inconsistent pizza quality, limited hot-case options, cleanliness and staff-behavior concerns, coupon/phone-ordering glitches, and occasional higher prices. A convenient choice for a fast snack or coffee on the go, but expect variable service and offerings compared with full-service locations.

Every morning for my soda stop. Love it all. Except maybe we can get a new one someday. Patience.
Person who answered phone very very rude seemed annoyed I was ordering I asked for wings plain she had a attitude talking about they don’t come plain well obviously I didn’t know that then I said ok I still wanted them and I wanted a. Large pizza she said we’ll u didn’t say that at first like obviously because I wasn’t done ordering like what is wrong with people will never order there again and never even got the chance to once! They have a lot of bad review already maybe they should find some new help
This is our usual go to for take out pizza, but we had to use the Elk Run site tonight because I tried calling in an order for 30 minutes and the phone was busy the whole time. Not sure if they need a second line or maybe it got knocked off the hook but it's not good business when customers can't reach them. Otherwise I have never had a bad experience.
Not a very clean place and doesn’t have much to offer like the other Casey’s around do. They don’t make Subs, and never have anything in the warmers besides pizza and most times it’s old. I recently went there and used a coupon on my phone for cigarettes and she scanned my phone and then realized that she needed to put my birth date in and asked if I could scan my coupon again cause it didn’t register in her computer but I wasn’t able to use my coupon anymore because I already had scanned it. So I asked if there was anyway she could just take the $1.50 off for the coupon that I used and she said she couldn’t because there wasn’t a coupon to scan so I lost out on my coupon because of her mistake. I will never visit this Casey’s again the only reason I went to this Casey’s is because it was on my way to my destination and I didn’t want to go out of my way for cigarettes but I would rather drive a couple more blocks to go to a clean environment and a Casey’s that has more to offer than the Casey’s on Lafayette rd in Evansdale,IA!
