Don’t even waste your time or money stopping here. My family was so excited to have a Burger King move into our area but the handful of times we have stopped here has always been a disappointment. Either the food tastes old or our order was not correct or the employee were very rude. Usually a combination of all of the above. Quite the worst bk in the cedar valley. they have a new staff, but still suffer incredibly slow service times. they cheat their journey through time by completing an order before they take another so they wait until they are ready to order. they can easily kill half an hour in the drive through. I work near and see that people try to go to the lobby, doors locked and staff sitting around in the view of the front windows during business hours and cars through the drive through. it is a confusing operation that they run seems that their dm is either not no matter or is oblivious. for service problems, I can only imagine how they treat their food safety.
Great place to go! service was amazing! only 3 people in there, but they got it out! will surely be back! hot delicious fresh food! always a victorious!
Waited 9 minutes to eat with not a single car on parking or auto thru and my order was still wrong. I called when I came home and realized that, and the lady who answered the phone was rude and apologised me why my order was wrong and then went on to hang the phone in my face. will never return.
I'm waiting outside on the toilet when the person came out, it was a hired man. this coworker, of the way he sounded, not wash their hands. for people who like to pick up the breakfast, forget it, they are never open early enough. for the person who hires in this business, they should be fired.
They were really snappy with taking my money at the window. They don't use no manners like thank you have a nice day or even a smile. They just glare at you through the window while the others cook your food. It says they are open till 12 that includes lobby at 9:45pm they have chairs put up an the floors were moped. They wouldn't take money at the first window they leaned out second window yelling to come the second window when they could have just opened the window an said go to the next window. This was my first time ever stopping by this burger King I don't know if I will go back unless they teach manners and how to work with public.
