The lettuce looked brown and unappetizing, and the person making the sandwiches only offered four olives for a footlong, which resulted in a very messy sandwich. I used to be an assistant manager at several Subway locations in Longmont, and I believe the owner should consider replacing the staff at this location; my experience here was quite disappointing.
I stopped by to grab a sandwich for myself and my wife, but they were out of bread. The young guy at the counter mentioned he started his shift without any fresh bread ready. He did have two 6-inch pieces, so I had him combine them into a footlong, while I planned to pick something up at home. Fortunately, he found some flatbread, so I asked him to make my steak and cheese on that instead. I have to say, I’m now a huge fan of the flatbread! Great job managing the bread shortage, everyone! Lol.
