I placed an online order with this restaurant, but when I arrived to pick it up, my food wasn't ready. Even though the app provided me with a specific pick-up time, I learned that they only begin preparing the meals once the customer arrives. When I got home, I realized that one of the dishes was missing. I tried to call the restaurant, but the number was unlisted, and the one I found was no longer in service.
Matthew was amazing! He truly brought excitement and energy to our evening. It turned out to be a fantastic night.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. However, I did encounter some problems with Bojangles.
I've been craving Bojangles a lot recently, and overall, everything has been fantastic. My favorite orders are the Cajun filet biscuit, chicken sandwich with Cajun filet, French fries, and mac n cheese. I also absolutely love the bo berry cinnamon biscuits.
The food was delicious, but they forgot to bring our fries.
