I would gladly make a special trip for a meal this delicious. The place offers both Japanese and Mexican takeout, and the sushi rolls are the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend trying any of the Bento Bowls as well. You can really tell that the chef is passionate about his craft. View all feedback.

Absolutely fantastic! The Kareage Bento offers an ideal blend of flavors and textures. It's consistently fresh and beautifully presented, resembling a work of art. The service is impeccable, rated 10/10. Additionally, the variety it brings to Evans is a key element that adds to the town's charm.
I tried several different sushi rolls on Sunday and they were incredibly delicious and fresh! I can't wait to return and try the Mexican dishes next time. The food was fantastic and the service was extremely friendly. Thank you, everyone!
Fantastic, delicious, and full of flavor! The staff, led by Kane, are incredibly skilled at what they do. Be sure to check out this gem the next time you're in Evans! It's a great fusion of Japanese and Mexican cuisine that's even better than Byron's! I highly recommend the salmon bowls and tempura whiting salads—they're absolutely amazing!
