We had the sunday menu, cou... read more The location in the countryside but just away from Zurich. It is worth the trip, beautiful scenery and excellent food. A dream team. We had the sunday menu, courses. Starting with the amuse bouche, Tomatocarpaccio with homemade mozzarella with cream. Parmesan-soup, just delicious....Mashed potatoes with chives and fresh mushrooms followed by the main course, pink cooked veal with vegetables, potatoes and a mustard-sauce. Last but not least the dessert, plums with vanilla cream and ice cream in a millefeuille. We enjoyed it and will go back.
