What Debra Heglund doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I did drive thru. Ordered steak egg cheese bagel without breakfast sauce. I pulled up to window and someone was complaining about no sauce. I had to pull into space and wait. I took sandwich home and found bagel not toasted steak less than half the size of what I have always gotten before. Steak was dry no onion or anything. Paid 7.50 for it. NEVER again. This location is FAMOUS for not giving sauces for delivery...literally every single time for the past year. Make sure to ask your delivery driver to check and hover on the app as soon as you can contact the driver because this McDonald's will not give you any even if you pay the 25 cents to get extra. Fries are always extra extra salty and something in your order is going to be wrong. Getting a medium fry when you ordered large, 9 nuggets instead of 10...I understand the cold food part, I get the forgetting straws and the usual junk that comes with ordering but who wants to eat cold, ocean salty fries with no sauce and missing items...could at least throw in ketchup or something dang. Think the employees are just pocketing the stuff. Go in person and check your bag.Uber is awful at refunds. Got $2 refund for a messed up shake, missing sauce, medium fry when it should've been large, and 9 nuggets...Not trying to sound petty but when you pay $40 and get screwed over that hurts man...not cool.
Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes at the window in the drive through after giving money and being the only ones there and the workers drank frappes and ignored us while we waited.
