The young woman who was responsible for taking orders is a tremendous asset to your business. It was lunchtime, and the restaurant was quite busy, especially with a storm outside driving more people off the highway to seek shelter. She handled everything with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. I wish I could remember her name, but she definitely deserves recognition for her excellent service.
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I struggled with the ordering process. We ordered curly fries, and when the person taking our order asked if we wanted cheese on them, we replied yes. We also ordered sweet tea, but there was no cheese on the fries, and the tea was not sweet at all. The service was lacking, and the quality of the food was below expectations. Overall, it certainly isn’t worth the prices they charge.
I'm a huge fan of Arby's! I eat a lot of fast food, and their beef is top-notch. I recently tried the fish, and it was surprisingly good too. What can I say? I'm a fast food enthusiast, and I really value what Arby's has to offer!
On September 20, 2022, at 9:15 PM, I had one of the worst fast-food experiences ever. I ordered a buffalo slider, a roast beef slider, a small fry, and a cup of water. I specifically asked if my buffalo chicken slider could be made fresh because I had a bad experience with it before. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes in the drive-thru, with just one car in front of me that took nearly 18 minutes. When I finally reached the window, the total came to $10, which was incorrect because the cashier, a teenage boy, had charged me for a buffalo chicken sandwich that I didn't order. I waited an additional 5 minutes while he processed my order. While bagging my food, he seemed to notice that the buffalo chicken slider looked off. I watched him touch the chicken with his bare hands to see what was wrong, then he put everything in the bag without saying anything. He also added some buffalo sauce cups because it was clear something was amiss. When I received my food, it was old, ice cold, and poorly prepared. The chicken slider was hard, cold, and had barely any buffalo sauce or ranch. The bread was stale, and the roast beef slider was also cold and dry. The fries were ice cold as well. I asked to speak with the manager, who was incredibly rude. She essentially called me a liar and insisted that the chicken was fresh, despite the obvious evidence to the contrary. When I requested a new slider, she curtly informed me it would take another 5 minutes. I opted for a refund instead, but she only refunded me for one slider. When I asked for the corporate phone number, she said she didn’t know because she was new. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. The pictures I took will speak for themselves.
