I had a combination burrito with steak and green sauce. My friend had a combination plate with a relleno and an enchilada. She really likes the way they prepare tongue and had a lingua enchilada. The beans and rice that come with the combination plates are good too. They have a taco special on Tuesdays where the basic street tacos are $1.95 instead of $3.00 each. View all feedback.
What Bill Hoopes doesn't like about Luis's:
I regularly eat here. This last meal was take out. Usually the service is quick. Not this time. By the time I got my take out, it was just warm when I got home, 5 blocks away. I will eat there again since it's usually very reliable. I am sure this was a one off...I hope. View all feedback.

I dont want to say Authentic, because I dont know. But it was Autjentic to me and delicious, i had the Carnitas Dinner and it hit the spot, Chips amd Salsa was amazing, Ive eaten at a lot of the Mexican Resturaunts and I enjoyed Luis's right there with my top picks. I highly recommend.
I don’t go to very many Mexican restaurants locally. (I like to stick to my 2 favorites) however this place was actually pretty good. I’ll definitely come back
Food was not bad but waitress never checked in with me.
We had take out so the service is only rating that experience. Food was good as always.
