That looks like a man with the boxmaster/owner of the show. He was very personal and friendly. The place was clean and tidy. You even had a pool table. I don't know how BBQ is prepared, but I ate a lot of it. The cattle breeze was moist and fresh. It has a heavy smoked taste with bitter notes.
