After waiting 15 minutes with no... read more The food was excellent, as usual. However, the service was terrible. I used the drive-thru and was told to pull up to the door. After waiting 15 minutes with no food, I parked and went inside to ask about my order. It turned out they hadn’t even started making it—they had completely forgotten. While Popeyes can be slow, at least I usually receive my food by the time I get to the window.
