We patiently waited for our coffee, muffin, and thickshake. After we paid, the coffee and muffin finally arrived 25 minutes later, even though there was only on... read more We patiently waited for our coffee, muffin, and thickshake. After we paid, the coffee and muffin finally arrived 25 minutes later, even though there was only one other table—a group of three—before us in the queue. After an hour of waiting for the thickshake, we asked several times about its status and received numerous empty promises that it was being made. It became clear that they were serving other orders out of sequence, giving priority to customers who came in after us. The waiter even admitted this, yet took no action to address it. When we asked for a refund, it was denied, and instead we received an ice frappe, not the thickshake we had ordered. We accepted it out of sheer frustration. There were five staff members on duty and only about 15 customers during the hour and a half we spent there. To make matters worse, we witnessed the same issue happening to another table that arrived after us, where the staff continued to give false updates on their order until the man insisted on a refund because they had been consistently lied to about it. The entire experience was a display of incompetence! Not once did anyone apologize, even after admitting to their mistakes.
