They were steady and... read more Driving through was packed midnight night/ Monday morning. Both lanes. You did a good job. The line moved steadily. The staff kept it nice. They were steady and focused, which was undoubtedly the reason why the service ran smoothly despite the volume of cars. I just didn't get one side of the severity my son ordered. But he wouldn't have had much of it anyway, as I would have rolled hard on my French frit, like Mof'k Pea-Auge-em-Pea.

I don’t know what it is about bacon but I could never get my bacon whenever I asked AND PAY for it. I also really wish this location would hire people who understood the definition of customer service because when you try and speak to them about it, even when you make light of the situation they still sound like you are the one bothering them. Specifically the night crew.Well now that-that is off my chest, let me go find a pig to cut and cook my own bacon…

This year’s spot didn’t make the cut.... read more As usual, once a year I pick a Whataburger location and visit three times to see if they can get my order right—even once. This year’s spot didn’t make the cut. Over the past three mornings, I ordered breakfast. On day one, I asked for a biscuit and gravy with hash browns, but only got the biscuit and gravy, yet was still charged for the hash browns. On day two, I ordered a biscuit and gravy, an extra biscuit, two sausage patties, and hash browns. Instead, I received biscuit and gravy, extra biscuit, two BURGER patties, and no hash browns—again charged for everything. This morning, I requested biscuit and gravy, extra biscuit, two sausage patties, and hash browns. What I got was two biscuits and gravy, with nothing else, but was still charged for the full order. It’s disappointing to see Whataburger still can’t get a simple order right. It’s a shame because this used to be my favorite fast food place. They need to improve. Calling to report mistakes doesn’t help—they don’t fix anything. Attached are today’s photos as proof. Looks like I’ll be going another year without eating here.

She quickly asked for our order without making eye contact and had her headphones on. When we began ordering, she had trouble hearing us because of the headphones, and when she finally removed them, she responded with a dismissive "What?" and showed clear signs of not wanting to be there. Her lack of effort was disappointing, and she could definitely improve with a more positive attitude. Another customer who came in right after us also noticed her poor demeanor. To enhance the experience, I recommend that staff at least act friendly, as it could encourage customers to come back.
