This franchise is consistently good the only problem is the wait. However, that's not totally on them. The last few years restaurant workers have been overly burdened. They are tired and overwhelmed. Initially I was like I'm not going to eat out but the ones that are there providing us service need the money to take care of their families. I just ask that everyone be patient and show a little empathy. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Cabana:
Terrible. Terrible service. Absolutely disillusionable when the guests move to the order, and clear, the kitchen did a terrible work that this morning. Because they were out of everything. Worst Taco Cabana running around and very badly when you are in this kind of service. View all feedback.
I visit this restaurant at least once a week, and the service is consistently exceptional, complete with friendly smiles. I appreciate their creativity with different menu items, and today’s Hatch Green Chile street tacos were outstanding! The flavor was fantastic! I always leave satisfied, both with the food and the overall experience.
I recommend avoiding the Luke Chili Margarita and the Luke Chili Street Tacos. Both were disappointing. I should have realized something was off when the margarita looked nothing like the picture. It was overwhelmingly spicy and just tasted bad—I ended up pouring it down the sink. As for the tacos, they were served on soggy tortillas that fell apart as soon as I tried to pick them up. I won’t be returning; it was a huge waste of nearly $10.
Worst cabana ever!! How to run a taco place, but do not have paprika and onions. Not only that, but I waited 30 minutes for a few tacos, and it wasn't even so busy. The staff was just too busy playing in the back and laughing. The only positive is the lady in the register. She was very sweet and had excellent customer service.
We sat on our order for over an hour. The person behind the counter repeatedly apologized and said that they were the only person who cooked the meals and that the manager repeatedly sent people home. It seemed that commands were prioritized via Din in orders. We got free chips and queso halfway through our waiting. We only received half of the order after we had waited for over an hour. The basic meat in one order looked under boiled and still red. We then sat about 20-30 min before the second half of the order was finished (the same ticket). The total time was 1 hour 45 min. The person who worked the register seemed to work as hard as possible, unfortunately not supported by management or employees.
Worst experience I bought a six piece flautas with Mexican rice and the rice was so mushy that looked like mashed potatoes c'mon how can y'all sell this food not even my dogs wasted the rice
