Taco Bell - Euless

The staff here is a rare thing! Not only were we warmly welcomed and time given to order without being hastened. When I returned, what I had a supervisor for... I was greeted with a disguised smile and beautiful compassion filled attitude. To the young man who helped me... You deserve a raise... I praise you and your staff! I will drive the extra 15 miles only to eat at this place!!

The first time I went to this Tacoglocke and my last. Lol all our food was overcooked. The potatoes were hard/old. Quesadilla was burned and they got the rest of the order wrong, but the service was extremely fast. Food: 1/5

Lady on the window was great. I came home and the grilled Burritos were overgrilled. I called the store and asked for a manager and the lady who replied there is not one in the service. I asked when you were usable and hanged. I called back and said the same and was hired to wait until Ken is free. Background noises were a bunch of girls laughing during over 10 minutes sitting. Customer service here is terrible. Seems to be at several Tacobells in the area.

Bro, they never have something right. they literally forget the meat on the Truff Steak frits. This happens every time, not only once lol. I don't exaggerate either. Select your location wisely

Pulled up and the woman told me they were closed. Asked what time they closed and she said 1. Asked what time it was and she said 1258. Asked if they were still serving as they were still open……guess not!!! Very dissatisfied! Whataburger is next door…pulled in there and received prompt, timely and courteous service!
