the last time I was in a pei wei was in 2009, I think when I was still working in dallas and a lot has changed. I couldn't find that the pork I got earlier with sezchuan pork, snap bases, and I think cut cirsch tomaten over noodles. So instead I have the chicken dan. it has grounded chicken over noodles in a savory soy-based sauce with spruten and chunks. it's very good! I also had a good pork roll and a soft drink.... The food and service were good, and the staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. There was trash overflowing, many tables were dirty, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. View all feedback.
This is the best place in Texas for Thai Asian food at Pei Wei. My husband and I are both vegetarians, and for a long time, I had been ordering the pad thai with sweet and tofu without realizing it was made with chicken broth. The first time we visited this place, we both ordered our usual teriyaki tofu with sweet tofu and brown rice for my husband, and I got the pad thai. The manager, Diana, personally came to our table and explained to me that the pad thai contained chicken stock, which left me shocked and annoyed that I had been unknowingly consuming chicken broth. Diana was very apologetic and offered to find me something else to eat. She recommended the Thai dynamite with veggies and tofu, which was delicious and spicy. Diana's excellent customer service has made us loyal customers at this restaurant. I was upset to learn that my favorite dish was made with fish sauce, as I have been a vegetarian for over 25 years. Diana went out of her way to create a special dish for me every time I visit. She should train other employees on how to handle situations like mine and find a perfect solution. Diana's exceptional service at the Euless location has made us fans, and we are willing to travel from Arlington just for the outstanding service and food. We won't be dining anywhere else.

Brief and impersonal. Unfriendly staff. There was a waiter on his phone, causing a customer to wait for 20 minutes with no service. This was by far the worst dining experience I've had in a long time. We will not be returning to this establishment. Everyone's food was delayed and the phone incident showed poor customer service. The man waiting was very patient. I would have requested to speak to the manager and filed a complaint.

I also miss the chai eistee they had earlier, who was really smooth with a hauch of zimt and vanille. I hope they will return both to the future.
Food was hot and fresh. Place was very clean and restrooms were nice and clean as well. This location is one of the smallest Pei Wei’s I have been to but the dinning room was still comfortable. The employees were friendly. I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp and my friend had the House Special. Both were delicious. There is indoor and nice patio for outside dining. I would eat here again.
